Allison Iraheta Teams Up With Orianthi For New Single

As suspected, Allison Iraheta has teamed up with bad-ass guitarist Orianthi for her third single, "Don't Waste The Pretty". Orianthi is featured on guitar (and has a killer solo after the bridge) on the re-tooled track, which will be available for purchase on iTunes on June 8.

Allison and Orianthi will be on the road together all summer as the opening acts for Adam Lambert's Glam Nation tour, which kicks off June 4 in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Allison's record label, Jive, seems to like collaborative efforts with their Idols. Jordin Sparks had a monster hit with "No Air" with Chris Brown, and Kris Allen re-did "The Truth" with Pat Monahan for his latest single, which is doing quite well for itself early in the radio airplay department. Here's hoping that Allison sees success with this as well.
