Ryan Star, who is opening for David Cook, brought David out on stage during his set to watch him sing David's Idol coronation song "Time Of My Life". Cook sits on the stage shaking his head and laughing for a good part of the song and then later bangs on the drums a little bit. After the song, Cook tells the crowd, "So everyone in the room has heard it, now we don't have to play it. Good night!" Heh. I'm sure he's broken up over that.

What was Ryan saying when he was kneeling in the beginning?
Oh and, those poor concert goers who had to listen to that song twice :(
I couldn't make out what he was saying, but in another vid, right before he got down on his knee, he said the time he's spent touring with him was the time of his life. Or something like that.
I think Cook retired this song awhile ago, so only one Magic Rainbow serenade. I don't think he's done at all since he's been on his solo tour.
No, unless it was for a special occasion I don't know about, he hasn't performed it since the Idol tour.
I couldn't tell whether he looked amused or annoyed at having to hear it again. :D
